      Pros

      The company offered excellent flexibility and was well-managed, creating a positive and supportive work environment. The leadership team was approachable, and there was a clear focus on employee well-being and development. This made for a great work-life balance and a collaborative atmosphere. Overall, I’d recommend the company to those who enjoy a flexible environment and great management — but with the recent changes, I would advise being mindful of how the company evolves under its new ownership.

      However, things took a turn when private equity bought the company. Since the acquisition, the culture has shifted. The focus seems to have moved more toward profitability, with less emphasis on employee satisfaction and long-term growth. While I understand the need for business changes, the adjustments have affected morale, and the flexibility that once made the company stand out is no longer as prominent.

      -Friendly environment- Truly a place where your coworkers become family and friends. -A lot of room for learning new skills- I've learned a lot of skills that I didn't realize would be useful in both personal life and professional life as well as being able to be used in different industries. -Flexibility with personal life -Really nice office space -Employees are respected as individuals and the sense of "Teamwork" in the office is a big reason for staying so long -Really great opportunity for a first dive into the logistics industry and for people looking to dip their toe into the "professional" world -Casual but appropriate dress code

      Cons

      -Cost of living has skyrocketed and that does not reflect in the pay of new or already existing employees -Non-competitive starting pay -Uncertain and unclear career paths -No yearly pay bumps or compensation -Difficulty moving up in certain roles -Tenure is respected but not always a factor when it comes to advancing in your position
