      Pros

      Globaltranz was a amazing company who treated there employees well and compensation was fair. Lots of employees activities and truly cared about showing us how much they appreciate the employees.

      Cons

      Worldwide wwex bought us and took all that away. Laid off half the company who a big majority have worked there for 5+years because we all enjoyed it. I never thought I woukd leave but was forced by a company who knows us as a number they didn't need. So sad.

      Pros

      Most depts are still working from home with no plans for full return to office so work life balance is excellent. Directors and below are amazing.

      Cons

      Since Worldwide Express took over, the VPs are rude to lower level and intent on cleaning house of GTZ people.
