      Pros

      Great Team of people in my immediate circle. They were in the thick of things and that relationship solidified relationships and trust.

      Cons

      Upper leadership/management does not care about you! They want to pretend to care but at the end of the day you’re just another employee. When bringing up concerns, you’re pulled into a meeting and basically every concern you bring up is shut down or made to feel invalid.
