Pros

For the most part it was a GREAT atmosphere. Friendly, family feeling to it. Management was decent to work for. Except one manager who went out of his way to train you. Would dedicate hours to work one on one with anyone, or a group of people to help you reach your full potential. He made the place seem not just a job, but a career. Somewhere you were proud to go to and tell people where you were employed. The morale was OUTSTANDING. It was always uplifting, and he made you want to put in 110%. Not just for him, but he made you want to do it for yourself and the Company. The pay was not to bad in the beginning, with his help, he had you making good commissions in no time. I was proud to work here. After he left, the place went downhill fast. Cant believe I stuck it out after he was gone.

Cons

Do NOT get hurt , or go out on medical leave of FMLA. Everyone who did was quickly weeded out. Corporate only cared about numbers. If you were not there you wern't producing. They say its your book of business. How quickly that changes when you are out for any amount of time due to sickness, injury, or personal family matters. They will give your book away, and escort you out the door on your return. Pay structure changed so many times. They always said it would be for the Agents benefit. It never was. Super high turnover. Became a hostile environment shortly after the loss of my manager. Micromanagement is unbearable. Some times it was suffocating. Had to force myself to get up every morning to go in.

Pros

It’s an incredibly easy job, basically glorified secretary. There are some office perks when managers feel inclined, such as lunches and donuts.

Cons

If I could give zero stars I would. This was a truly awful place to work. They tout their people as the number one priority when in reality you are number four or five in their pillars for success. The PV office is run by morons who peaked in junior high school and have no idea how to manage a team. They are the managers because they were literally the only ones left after the first round of mass terminations, not because they actually know what they are doing. Unless you’re prepared to pander to people who are less intelligent than you or grovel to get ahead instead of working hard, you’re pretty much guaranteed a tough time. Nepotism runs rampant and if you are a favorite you can violate any and every policy without fear of reprimand. Don’t both reaching out to HR: they’ll call you rude and tell you that you need to work harder to be a part of the team or leave. Except it’s not over when you leave: that non-compete they make you to sign will follow you everywhere, and their legal department will go as far as threatening your new employer if you take any job in the logistics industry.
