Pros

The Company makes very good profits as an organization. They stick with niche markets for Life and Health. I believe the new CEO's are trying to change the culture but it is so ingrained throughout the company it will be difficult.

Cons

The culture is not conducive for growth. It is a culture of low trust, high control. I believe the new co CEO's are trying to change the culture.

Pros

People are very nice and the work is decent as its full time & the insurance was aright.

Cons

Two things: MAJOR nepotism & micro management....especially down to how much time you take to go pee in the restroom. Supervisors are not understanding.

8-5 are general hours - work/life balance is decent although you might be asked to put in extra hours but that happens in most places.

Cons

Micro-management is rampant, pay is low, nepotism is quite common as a lot of employees have relatives working here
