Horrible company. No clue how finance actually works. They tell you go door to door, call people.....which is just another way of harassment honestly. Then they tell you “all you have to do is open your mouth. The product sells itself” which sounds like a lie. They make the job sound easier than it actually is. They say “you don’t want to spend your savings when an emergency happens.....” That defeats the purpose of the emergency funds your supposed to have. Listen. The money you end up paying them could be better saved for an actual disaster, cancer, traumatic injury, etc... let’s say you pay for a 24 k policy. The amount you spend is about equal or excuse me more than the amount they give you depending how long you been paying on it. Honestly. Save your time save money. Nobody in their right mind wants this service. They say they want honest people when they aren’t honest and are incompetent themselves.

1. Huge Management issues- Some are incapable of doing their jobs, for example, they ask everyone for daily reports but still has no idea of what's going on. Some are taking more credits than they deserve. Also, give promotions/raise to the people they like the most and not the people who perform the best. 2. Career growth – Very limited, they will only promote the people they like. This create huge moral issues/high turn-over rate. 3. Politics – Even in a team, there are several managers, and you can clearly see they do not have same goals. After few years of joining, this is the only company that I felt is going backward, not FORWARD. Conclusion: Trust Glassdoor reviews, this is definitely not for people who want to learn and make progress for their career. But if you're close to retire and don't care about politics or career growth, this is a great place.
