Pros

Work from home. Decent training.

Cons

$16/hr in 2024 is laughable. hands down had the worst hardware/system issues which they would always blame the reps. Extremely micromanaged by individuals that could do it better. Superiority complex from anyone not taking calls. Ask you for a doctor's note but it doesn't matter. The call volume is nauseating and they expect all the work to be done for that call within 5 minutes and give you 10 seconds after a call. So if you didn't do what the customer needed, too bad. I was terminated even though I had a note for my absence due to covid. Honestly they'll getting termed was a relief cuz I dreaded having to come work here the short time that I did. I was a top performer in terms of QA and average handle time and that meant nothing to them because I was out sick.

Pros

*Great benefits * training *provided assistance in obtaining my insurance license *company resources

Cons

*favored tenured reps in a way that made making a decent living hard to achieve *only counted the insurance application not taking into consideration the volume, so a true top rep, bringing in more revenue for the company would not be compensated as much as a rep that just brought in less revenue but a couple more applications. *very staunch on timeclock, helping customers over your scheduled shift should never be punished nor should be taking a bathroom break not on your assigned time, your bladder does not go by a timeclock! *might have just been due to covid times, but lack of support from anyone for questions being answered. General opinion was hang up on customer, don't waste your time and move on to the next paying one!

Pros

* Bimonthly paycheck * Insurance is pretty good * I've met a lot of good people and friends in this company * You can run away before accepting a job offer * After they have picked you apart, you can still quit and find another job paying a much better salary * I'd go on welfare before considering a job offer from Globe

Cons

* Toxic environment, stay away! * This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES * Micromanagement by broken, nasty, and degrading management * Management will lie about anything to protect themselves * This company is full of egotistical narcissistic managers who will find fault in EVERYTHING EVERYONE does * Management by fear and a bunch of cowardly bullies * My manager boasts that she's fired more people than anybody else in the company. She has a power trip and should be knocked off her high horse. * Raises are tiny and bonuses don't exist unless you're a VP or above * Technology in this company is very far behind * The people that stay here, only stay because they are stuck
