Male dominant and not inclusive. Primary white…wait…all white. Promotions are based on who you know at the upper levels or how agreeable you are. Don’t dare disagree. Not an open door policy place although they may say they are. It is a do as I say not as I do place. It can turn a happy person into a miserable person in no time at all. Antiquated systems and thinking. Low pay for employees with tenure and low raises , but new employees in the same role can make 20% more starting out if they fluff their resume. Benefits are expensive and not so great. No real break rooms if you are in the office. A few vending machines, community coffee and water.

Pros

Acquired insurance knowledge. 401k plans offered.

Cons

No advancement. Upper management lacks ethics and doesn't know what they're doing. Short breaks. No sick time. Constantly finding new ways to lower employee's pay / take money from employees low on the ladder as well as avoiding pay outs to customers.

NONE AT ALL, ABSOULUTELY 0%, /0 stars if I could!!!!

Cons

Training & Management is horrible!!! They are unorganized, unprofessional, expect this and that for low pay! Outdated systems to use for inbound and outbound calls, the managers are not properly trained to even be in management. Workers are treated as just a #, they do not care about you or what could be going on in your life, they just care about $$$$$$$$! On the last note, customers are called and harrassed asking the exact same questions they have already answered several times; which calls the representative to be cursed out and mentally abused. I just want to save you some time, energy and morals to run from this company and don't look back!
