Once you hit one year you are RYA (Returning year Agent) all incentives are gone and you are left to fend for yourself!!! The first year is to create false hopes of financial stability and motivate you to close as many cases before you have to quit! Keep in mind once you quit all the cases you have closed the Company keeps and you have nothing but charge backs and debt!! They hire an army to close mass cases and just let you fall off and suffer!! This company is a joke and probably the worst insurance company around to work for!!!

They will cheat you at every turn with terrible leads, abuse of 1099 status, commissions, abusive management tactics, a union you’re required to pay dues to that a total fraud, and bait and switch tactics. No benefits. You won’t make enough to pay your food and housing much less afford the life insurance products you sell for yourself or your family. Culture is male dominated and there’s blatant favoritism, lies, and gaslighting propaganda employed. No work life balance.
