Pros

If you live in McKinney it’s very convenient. Most departments are run fairly well.

Cons

Avoid the toxic work environment created solely by the leadership of the FP&A department. You will get red flags during the interview and you should take those very seriously. Until they have a change at the top you will continue to see low moral and high turnover within FP&A. In 5 years, 3 Sr. Financial Analysts were fired, all of Asian-American decent solely based on the decision by the FP&A leadership. FP&A employees initiated an HR investigation regarding the behavior of the leadership who was found to be at fault. No significant consequences were handed out and the behavior only worsened. Avoid FP&A like the plaque until the company moves on to a new leadership.

Pros

Remote work is all that was good about the job.

Cons

They were typical sales agent trainers. They just enjoyed hearing themselves talk. Who wants to do one script that lasts one hour. People don’t want to talk about final expenses in the first place, let alone listen to someone ramble for an hour!

Pros

Remote with decent hourly pay rate

Cons

Non stop calls with little breaks. Company cares more about times than employees mental and physical health. Customers scream and cuss you but you can't step away after call, you have to move to the next. They do not want you leaving your desk even to use the restroom unless it's on one of the three breaks they allow during the nine hour shift.
