Pros

Flex Time - That does not say much since most companies offer that these days. Benefits are fair.

Cons

Where do I start? The most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. Abusive managers, people don't smile or acknowledge others, even walking down the same hallway. There are no SOP and even when there are they don't get followed. No career path. They run the company like its a year or two old. Its 10 years old for goodness sake. Everyone there is overworked and undercompensated.

Lots of activity; gool level of energy in certain depts; high level of clinical exposure; onsiite dev facilities; very internally driven

Cons

Limited ability to work in another device (ESP spine) co bc of company rep/shadow over company given prior intellectual property controversies; low pay, terrible benefits, impression that mgmt believes 90+% of people are easily replaceable and interchangeable

Good stepping stone when learing about medical device

Cons

No advancement, no pay increase, no life outside golbus, can not take vacation unless you jump thru many hoops even then it gets denied even when you have four weeks of vacation. Benefits worse from when I started, no respect for employees in departments, managers are cause war between departments, no comunication from managers to employees.
