Great exposure to unique industry that ultimately positively affects peoples lives. Free ice cream and a pool table in the lunch room.
Cons
The company was started with stolen materials taken from the founders prior company Synthes. They have a ridiculous track record of stealing ideas and concepts and selling them as their own. These horrible decisions made by the current management. No career path at all. Outside of some decent industry experience you will get a winter coat every year to make up for all the bull spit they put you through. Not worth your time for the money they pay. The place is bleeding product development employees who have been there a long time and they could care less. Hope all the recent grads have the experience to keep their engine moving.
