Globus is not what it used to be

Some very talented and genuinely nice employees. Always willing to help out and guide you

Cons

Very poor mid level & upper management. Salary/perks/benefits etc. are abysmal. Salary is 15-20% less compared to what you would make outside. Performance review based salary increase of 2-3% is a joke. A lot of people have left this year including product development and sales. 2 weeks of vacation upon start and 3 weeks after 5 years of service is just ridiculous. Very limited opportunities for growth and training. No tuition reimbursement... the list is just endless.

Poor upper management. There is no clear career path here.

Cons

Funding spent on new products, engineering, etc rather than entertaining or other bells and whistles other companies entertain customers with.
