Pros

starting salary is 17.00 per hour and they don't have a bunch of extras they require you to sell

Cons

From the owner of the company on down handled the pandemic horribly. They refused to allow employees to require customers to wear mask and told employees if we asked we would be reprimanded. after an outcry by agents they starting allowing us to lock the doors and service the customers at the door in which did nothing as far as protection because we still were in close proximity to customers. On top of all that the owner of the company went on a social media platform and called the vice-president a derogatory name. that was troubling due to most of his staff is black woman.

Pros

I would say the location is good. Some nice coworkers. That’s about all of the pros I can’t think of unfortunately

Cons

How the company is still open is beyond anyone’s understanding. The top dogs are scoundrels and have zero care for anyone or anything but their own paychecks. They have some good dedicated workers that they have, and will, drop like flies without blinking an eye. They froze salaries, aren’t matching 401k and on top of that they let people go and do not fill positions so the reps and supervisors are inundated with work. Then when everyone is handling three times what is normal, they will throw a add out to fill one spot. Go find a job and work at a normal reputable company. This is not it!

Pros

Easy work for the pay and management is understanding. Work is redundant. Only need personal lines Producer liscense. Laid back work environment

Cons

Open on Saturday. Too much responsibility for front line underwriting & "policing" of policies falls on sales Agent in office. Worked there five years and only got one raise and my performance was better than most employees there
