Pros

The computer system is extremely easy to learn & navigate through. It's a lot of repetition involved with the day to day interactions with clients. Very minimal in office supervision.

Cons

Very minimal growth potential due to the offices being very small with 1 district manager assigned to a specific region.

Pros

Management is flexible and supportive. Great group of people to work with in home office. They actively try to keep morale up with activities like holiday luncheons, office games/contests, and a prize closet. Christmas bonuses. They are pretty good about doing annual reviews and merit raises. Plenty of room to move up in the company if you want.

Cons

Pay is low for industry standards, benefits are expensive, no 401k matching. Computers need updating, most are 10+ yrs old and are slow and cumbersome. Workload can be out of control at times.
