      Pros

      The company is small and "family" oriented and all about building relationships with guests and fellow employees. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Entry level positions are given power to make choices. There is a great line of communication between entry level people and management. There is a great corporate office in Newport Beach supporting every location. Most of the employees are personable, friendly, kind, and helpful. Working in airport FBOs and 5 star resorts is a great working environment as well. Lastly, it is a fast paced working environment where you get to deal with great automobiles. I absolutely love Go Rentals and the culture of working here.

      Cons

      Sometimes workers can get overloaded with not enough support. Also,the scheduling can get a bit crazy - as in inconsistent days off and last minute schedule changes.
