Cons

Quietly fires teams in waves, low job security Changes teams and goals every 6 months or so without giving teams a heads up Continues to change goals to make them harder to meet while bragging we are making more money year over year Looking to get acquired in the next year or so. Last time we were acquired it completely changed the company and had a negative impact on employees

Horrific hiring and firing practices. Complete disorganization and changing priorities daily (leading to catastrophic layoffs.) Toxic work environment. No balance of work among team members. Benefits were outrageously expensive.
