The culture at GoCanvas is incredible, the team is amazing, this a very fun and positive atmosphere. Working remotely is always an added bonus. The company really cares about their employees and their work to homelife balance.

I like the industries who I sell to. The product sells itself with the ease of use.

Cons

Frequent (2-3x/yr) changes make it challenging to feel stable with job security. A lot of pressure on sales to perform but slow times in the spring and summer make it hard to even hit 80% of goal. The company is reactive to pivot in a positive direction to hit goals and things take time to make possible. Company advertises growth but it reduced headcount by 20% at beginning of 2023

Nice office, casual environment, free drinks, parking, yoga offered

Cons

A lot of micromanagement. People are expected to reflect where they are at all times via slack status (ie: doctor's appointment, etc). No work from home flexibility. A lot of gossip.
