-No micromanagement, great leadership -Very collaborative work environment -Being innovative and proposing ideas is highly encouraged -Everyone works hard and cares about the success of Canvas -Office perks (snacks, drinks, open layout) -Amazing coworkers! -401k is finally being implemented after years of demand - management listens!
