Awesome work environment, great benefits, lots of opportunities, good and affordable caffeteria.

Cons

Dealing with problem customers, hard to start with a shift at normal business hours.

Our work environment and benefits are top notch and we're happy you're enjoying them. Part of the excitement of the environment is sharing our wins and getting out of comfort zones so it's not unusual to hear a team chant. As far as escalated customers, we have an easy process to hand off those customers to leaders if a call gets to a rough point. We take care of our customers and our frontline. Pros

If you put effort in this job can make you insane money. It's a sales job, but they don't hide it and once you get your first bonus hippy don't mind it. I've been here over a year and I love everything about it, all my co workers are super cool.

Cons

Its sales and it can sone times be stressful, but its worth it.
