Run As Fast As You Can

Pros

There really is no pros here with this company besides the decent insurance and the discounts you can provide to friends and family.

Cons

Cons... Let's start with the training class, they teach you a bunch of relevant but irrelevant stuff to the actual job you'll be doing which is different from what described in the interview and in the 4 weeks of class. After you pass their test, you go into what's called OJT (On the job training). First week or two is followed by more training, and call reviews of cherry picked calls that dont go like anything true calls go like, you then use an AI program to test how to do the calls and how they are going to go and then you hop on calls afterwards. Once you get on the calls finally it's completely different from everything you learned the past 5-6 weeks. Then they have you follow what's called their "WOW" flow and it's absolutely trash. OJT they do coaching calls about your productivity but don't really help you at all just kinda leave ya there to figure out a different way than their way because it sucks. If you pass their last 2 weeks of unexpected goals (which you'll want to bother the hell out of your supervisor to make sales happen) You're than on the floor. In OJT and the floor you're expected to emphasize with rude angry customers to bring them off the ceiling, set expectations with them that you're going to "try" to fix their issue just to get away from the tech and have a sales convo, so basically lying because you'll say you're running tests (which you're not) and one thing apart of their WOW bs is "While I was running these tests I noticed you didn't have security, was that intentional?" Like the customer is stupid.. keep in mind they're pissed off cus their product they buy isn't working and it's your job just as everyone else's to not fix it, sell them more things and get them off as quick as possible.. oh and if you do try to fix it because you're a decent human being.. you get left high and dry with no food on the table. This is a rug pull to all employees who bend over backwards to make a living and as well the customers who are trying to make a living as well. Let's not forget about the fact that you also have a NPS score to adhere by and most of the time it's not your fault and also the fact that they want your calls to be 15 mins or less (understandable but unrealistic unless you're turning and burning, selling as much as possible and then get them off the phone as hard as possible if they aren't buying.. keep in mind you also cant hang up). Oh and when you do cap out your commissions (yes they cap your commissions) you expect a nice check per their pay plan.. well think again cus they pocket and tax about half of it. This company will hit a brick wall in no time, you hear from the customers themselves.. they've had it as well. The employees are the only thing good about this company. So good luck not having any morals, lying to make sales, don't fix the issues people call in for cus you'll end up wasting your time getting stuck on a call for who knows how long and not expect any decent wage to make a living for the unit of workload, time, effort and expectations is required to put into this job. Please just run and don't look back, this company put me in a financial pit because if they don't like you they will feed you trash calls from the queue and if you are a brown noser they will feed you good calls. My class started with 19 people and by the time we got to the floor we ended up with 3. This place is a joke and I can go on for days so I hope you see this message and make the right decision.

Pros

Great benefits, great initial training program

Cons

Shady sales, did not mention deadline at end of training to hit sales goals or be fired. Manager required us to lie to customers to hit sales goals.
