Unlimited PTO policy is nice if you are able to use it.

Cons

- Middle management is weak. They focus more on the exec team than they do the employees under them. They show little care for how the employees are doing and focus wholly on appearances. - There is almost no ability for career growth in terms of promotions. Raises come very sparingly and are typically 2%, which doesn't even cover inflation.

- Low Salary - minimal 2% annual raises - Lack of respect from department head - Lack of consistency with policies (such as with PTO) - There is a mandatory attendance company wide 3 day meeting where employees share detailed personal stories about medical crisis, suicide, etc. without trigger warnings.

Thank you for your feedback. Annually we host an all-hands virtual gathering to connect with each other and collect inspiration from peers, diverse guest speakers, and our leadership team. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from other’s experiences to create a more positive environment. Last year we had the honor to host Jennie Taylor, the Gold Star Widow of Utah Army National Guard Major Brent Taylor, who shared her poignant motivational speech highlighting resilience, grief, patriotism, military service, family dynamics, and living a purposeful life. Mrs. Taylor presented in a virtual format and at any time an attendee was uncomfortable with the subject matter presented, they could have disconnected from the session.
