Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We rely on our ISR teams to communicate directly with customers and create long lasting relationships. They have a unique environment to learn both product and industry knowledge in a team-based atmosphere while considering various career paths within the organization. The TSR positions have had historically low turnover, which means advancement into that role is competitive and based on an ISR’s performance metrics, among other variables. Acknowledging that the TSR openings are infrequent, GoEngineer gives employees the opportunity to expand into other roles within the organization outside of the sales department. Those conversations with managers are always welcome and are initiated at the employee’s request. We also have been going through a rapid expansion, most recently growing through the Midwest. We anticipate this will create additional opportunities for our employees to grow by increasing sales and support positions. Regarding benefits, we are constantly looking at options to manage health care costs. As we continue to grow, our rates should decrease, but this is not a guarantee. While this is not a perfect solution, benefit costs are something we discuss frequently and can identify with your frustration.
