      Pros

      GoFan provides the opportunity to work with high schools across the country and disrupt the market with an incredible product. There is a ton of opportunity to take ownership of processes as the company continues to grow. It is a fun and fast environment with a great group of employees across all departments.

      Cons

      Typical pains of a fast growing company -- communication could be improved, career path development needs to be defined, etc.

      Pros

      Really passionate group of people in a fun and fast-changing industry. Growing extremely quickly with plenty of opportunities for growth within the organization. Good benefit package with unlimited PTO and flexibility for WFH.

      Cons

      401k company match, but could be higher. Plenty of problems to solve, but that's to be expected with massive growth.
