Pros

Having the opportunity to help others every single day is a dream come true for me - I can't believe it's also my job. Being surrounded by other passionate people who feel the same way makes for a uniquely wonderful work experience.

Cons

If you are not prepared to give 110% every day at work, you will not enjoy this job. You will be expected to push yourself - but I personally consider this a pro.
