Good benefits and salary. Snacks for free and good equipment and tools provided by the company.

Cons

Mobbing at the office, disrespectful and passive-aggressive attitudes in the Dublin office. Terrible competence among employees encouraged by the management. At this workplace I had colleagues complaining about how loud I used to breath or type on my keyboard. Continuous threats from managers on being fired for performance. It's not nice to be fired when you are suffering a diagnosed depression but despite all of that you decide not to take a sick leave not to affect the company :) Still recovering nowadays from the time I spent in this company.

- Free Lunch every day! - Great coworkers - Open floor plan - Lots of snacks - Espresso machines (2) - Dog friendly (!!!) - Great Health Benefits - Amazing salary especially for recent college graduates - Bocce Ball Court ( I don't play but the grass is nice) - Volunteer Time Off - Lots of PTO - Ability to work from home - Regularly scheduled bonuses - Bi-weekly company wide meetings where you can hear from the exec team and ask questions - Monthly Happy Hours - Beers on Friday - In house community service projects

Cons

- The Schedule is not Monday- Friday, 9-5pm. Honestly, that's the only con to working here if you're a Customer Happiness Agent.
