Mismanagement and toxic positivity

Pros

If this is your first job, the pay and the benefits will seem great. You might also make a couple friends. Dogs are sometimes allowed in the office (you have to go to the office).

Cons

Much lower than industry standard pay and benefits. Horribly mismanaged. Like it's run by highschoolers, but not the ones heading to the ivy leagues. Complete with petty highschool nonsense. All facade and no follow through.

Cons

-No WFH policy -Poor management and direction -Blatant favoritism -Employees are expendable "Giving Back" may be a favorite saying, but make no mistake that GoFundMe is just another Silicon-valley tech company looking to get to the top.
