They hire mostly great people , free healthcare , the new CEO can speak clearly and has empathetic traits

Cons

Your experience there will completely depend on the department/manager. Many people I know feel supported and have balance, whereas the department I was in was sexist, toxic, and manipulative. They will gaslit and lied to people to get them to work harder for less. Perks like snacks and sending little gift packages every once in a while cons some people into feeling like "family" and cared for, but really is just a tactic to pay people way less than they deserve. Management plays favorites, and the favorites are the ones who support all of their ideas the most.

Cons

Upper management had to always be right even when they were wrong Many team members threatened me against speaking up. Many team member told me not to say anything non approved by management about the company or team. High turnover Some employees terribly unfriendly Very poor training Long hours - high output Unwilling or unable to help when needed
