Pros

The informational portion is excellent. The mock situations are great depending on your trainer.

Cons

There are a few gaps not include in training such as: bidding, open time and other small helpful hints. Please do not think all FA’s are helpful while you begin your journey.

Travel Benefits - Standby Travel (Free in the USA, small fee for international) Most of the crew were friendly, fun, or at least tolerable

Cons

Must pay for uniform by payroll deductions Hardly got requested days off Almost never could trade or drop trips On standby travel since you're new and only regional you are far down the list

They don't care about the people who work for them, you will always be under pressure of losing your job. The training they provide will not prepare you for the success of your job, no diversity in upper level management. leadership is rude and uncaring. Not a good place to work
