It's was horrible lunch room dirty n building hot ..Teacher don't really help you .Dont do hands on but once .

Cons

The test are easy they say study don't study that hard til the 5th week .The test are super easy tho . They have grade them test .

Pros

Great coworkers from diverse backgrounds who cared about the passengers. Travel benefits and health insurance a plus. Eat different foods at different cities. Meet notable people and celebrities. Get to hear about peoples lives and stories from around the world. Job can feel like a mini vacation. Take in new activities in city layovers.

Cons

In-flight management team is less than honesty about job conditions. One could think you are doing a great job for the passengers but find out managers would not support or back you up if a station manager wanted you to violate policy to accommodate passengers. Manager seem to invent policy to get rid of people they don't like. You could be employee of the month one month and be fired the next month or two. Managers often had verbal information out that would keep flight attendants on edges and feel like they were walking on egg shells because something as small as having a button fall off your uniform could be grounds to find you out of uniform and grounds to fire you.

Experience in flying, traveling, going to places I wouldn't have gone before.

Cons

Very high turn-over (firing) rate to keep company small. Lack of empathy and/or support to crew members from crew schedulers.
