Pros

Being based in Saint Louis is the only Pro of this company, i would give more but i can’t .....

Cons

Firing people for no reason at all. I just finishing a trip and it was perfect. Received a call the next day letting me go. Was given no reason at all as to why... Now I say this with honest conviction and observation all my classmates and other classes that were let go were African American. Interesting......

Pros

There is nothing good about this company. Coming from a different airline, you could see how unorganized and horrible this would be from day one.

Cons

Terrible management, inexperienced training staff, broken training equipment. They fire people and don’t give reason, even if you have a PERFECT record. Management does not care about any of you. Management will not negotiate for a union, despite numerous attempts on the flight attendant. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here, there is zero job security

Pros

Flight benefits on United/Delta depending on base Move up seniority quick

Cons

I should have known when I went for the interview. It was in a hotel conference room and was way too easy. My recruiter literally asked me ~5 questions and was like "Congrats! You're hired." I was 19 and dumb and didn't really know any better. Training is very long, 5-7 weeks, depending on your class. My fellow classmates in training literally dropped like flies. We started off with like 50 and graduated with maybe 12. I didn't know at the time, but that's not the standard at other airlines. Most of the people I worked with were awesome. But there were some fellow FAs who drank the company kool-aid and would report you for anything. I was never reported, but I also never spoke ill of the company or anyone I worked with. I knew how to play the game. I think a lot of the reviews are from people who were fired during training or fired for "no reason." I was not fired and left on my own, so my review it totally my own experience.I did the job for 2 full years. Every 6 months I would want to quit, but family and friends would convince me otherwise. Finally I quit and have truly never looked back.
