Pros

*Travel benefits. *You get to meet awesome people in training.

Cons

Due to the probation period of one year, they can let you go without a reason. I had a very important phone call I had to take. So 2 days prior to taking the call, I stated to my instructor the date, time, and the importance of the call. She stated that she was going to give me a 10-15 break so I can take that call. Well when that day arrived, she gave me a 5 minute break. So I was 15 minutes late coming back to class. I came back to class at 10:20am and they fired me at 1pm. This company is awful to work for. Also during the interview they stated that you can have tattoos on your leg and foot as long as you wear pants. Recruiting allowed 2 ladies attend training that had tattoos on their foot. So the company was highly aware that they had tattoos. On the second day, they asked them to leave because they had tattoos on their foot. Talk about crazy. Before I came to training, I read the reviews about GoJet. I decided to not let the reviews impact my decision to go to training. Instead I went into training with an open mind because my experience could be totally different that some one else's. But actuality, my experience was just like everyone else. They literally will let you go for no reason and they're a huge liar. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Run. Run. Run. Run.

Pros

Met a lot of nice people

Cons

Accepted to Fight Attendant training in Aug. Gave up apt./job and moved belongings to a storage in Raleigh and on to Missouri. Put out a lot of $ for their approved luggage etc.. Did great in training and graduated with an A average. On to On Board training. Had a 26 yo trainer on the flight. {I am 45} Said I did fine. "A little more on the job training, a lot of people do this".Waiting for my next flight. Got a call telling me they did not need me. I would have been an asset to this company. Everyone over 35 from my class were let go. .Hope the Lawyers are reading this. They are not interested in safety. Just moving people through with little on board training. Now no job or home.

Pros

Flight Benefits on United Airlines and other airlines

Cons

This is by far the worst company in the world of aviation. They treat their employees like absolute trash. As a current employee of theirs it actually brings tears to my eyes how horrible this place is. They’re so short staffed. They don’t care about their employees health and well being. They treat their employees like robots and one of the worsts things is how they do not honor integrity at all. This company is full of selfish people greedy people and people who will feed you a dream and 100% mislead it. This shouldn’t even be a real airline. People quit and drop like flys because of how bad it is here. Now let’s get to the PAY it is HORRID and they don’t care to give a raise. They say it’s part time pay but the job requires Full time work multiplied by 1000. You have no time to breathe, think, sleep, eat, drink etc.. you’re whole life revolves around this awful company and GOD FORBID you feel overwhelmed tired or stress they will bully you into making it seem as if you can’t handle the bare minimum when really they push their employees beyond limits and not in a good way. It’s truly traumatizing and I’m so embarrassed to be working for them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
