Pros

You pretty much make your own schedule. Once you gain a large number of clients, your paycheck improves a lot. Not a real stressful work environment.

Cons

You deal with a lot of different personalities. (a lot of negative) The pay is not consistent. It takes a long time to build up ur clients.

NOT WORTH THE PAY

Pros

Most of the co-workers were awesome. Also free membership.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. We had to clean bathrooms and all the equipment, sell memberships, sell merchandise...for 8 bucks an hour. All the while at the regular gyms, you get paid the same amount but do A FRACTION of the work. NOT FAIR. Also, your GM of the gym will most likely not know run the gym because the salary is so low and the corporation is in dire need of GMs so they rush the process. Also, because you are serving a lower demographic, the members are less inclined to be polite about money issues.
