Pros

Unlimited access to Gold's for you and your spouse. Good work environment, always fun and energetic people coming in a out everyday.

Cons

The finger never lifted. Meaning management never lets up. Super high pressure sales. Should be a fun atmosphere for employees, but it is extremely stressful. No matter how good of job you do (even if you are a top performer) you never get praised for it. Its always what you can do better or what you haven't done. And the carrot is always dangled just far enough away you cant reach it.

Pros

Free membership casual dress could eat at desk

Cons

They have a major lack of communication and even though it's part of doing your job correctly they still don't communicate things to you. They are geared more towards quanitity over quality. They run too many specials which brings in more members which makes the current members angry. They will release you from you job for very trivial things but allow people who are actually breaking the law to stay employed with them. Overall not a very good place to work. Not compensated for the things you do well.

Pros

free gym membership, good snacks, sauna, tv's, some good looking chicks, good jokes shared amongst co-workers...friendships made with some of the members

Cons

horrible plumbing, leaky ceiling, very poor billing cycle program, trashy parking lot, gangster looking members, scheduling with regards to orientations process, empty vodka bottles and trash as well as dried urine just 30 feet away from front door, propaganda jargon being advertised over loud speaker, mgmt's request to bother/pester members about training or their free 1 hour workout, an RVP that treats the GM like a red headed step-child...
