False promises, fake management, careless HR

They promote a great environment. Well, I saw the managing Partner daily, he never once had the courtesy to say hello. They have big ideas, with no follow through, basically - they set employee's up for failure. one of the 20 HR staff runs out for chips and salsa, or hands out ice cream bars, on occasion, to make it "such a great place to work" Very CLICKY place, if you aren't one of the cool kids then hopefully you like lunch alone.

Cons

if you have no desire to work, or be noticed, this is the place for you you will become management quickly

Pay low, benefit deductibles are sky high and you pay alot into it. Gossip filled office.

Pre-covid: holiday lunches, bagel Fridays, snacks and assortment of coffee provided. Pre/post covid: Understanding in regard to family matters or personal issues. They do not micromanage.

Cons

Constantly overwhelmed with more work than one person can handle. Their “bonus” should be called a gift, it’s nothing close to a bonus. Support staff raises need serious improvement. Assistants that are mediocre are paid the same amount and get the same raises as the ones that go above and beyond time and time again. We are working harder, constantly fighting to stay afloat and beyond stressed.
