Horrible pay (one of the lowest in the market) Horrible bonuses and bonus structure for an AmLaw 200 firm Offices without equity partners are completely disconnected Upper management is a club and they only care about you as a number They refuse to pay for CLEs, the most bare minimum requirement for our profession

Entire teams resign from the mid Atlantic office. They will throw huge work loads on 1 paralegal or 1 legal asst.

Flex hours and some remote work during covid.

Cons

Over worked. Required overtime. They hire attorneys with a history of abuse. HR rarely responds to issues and won’t listen to staff. They only listen to attorneys. Don’t complain to HR. They will think you are a trouble maker and treat you like an annoyance. An office on the east coast is a mess and all staff ran quickly from it. Entire teams resign from That office. It’s that bad. Close that office. It’s a waste of space.

Overworked, underpaid, gossip mill, HR is horrible, the Newark Office is probably the worst of all of them. Attorneys talk about staff, talk about attorneys, they treat the staff like garbage!! This place is a joke to work for.
