Pay low, benefit deductibles are sky high and you pay alot into it. Gossip filled office.

* Free bagels/muffins/fruit on Fridays * Casual dress code * Ability to use flex time (up to 4 hours per week) * Decent amount of paid time off

Cons

* The company promotes a team mentality, however, all projects are to be kept confidential and cannot be discussed with any “teammates”. * If you are good at your job, expect to be assigned multiple other jobs; it’s part of the “team” mentality. * If you are looking for a fun and exciting job, this is not the place for you * Conversations with coworkers are frowned upon. If you have time to talk, you have time to be assigned more work. * The insurance package is incredibly expensive to use * Favoritism supersedes seniority * You cannot trust anyone; gossip flies faster here than between a group of high school cheerleaders
