there is free breakfast every friday

the air conditioning is always on full blast, even in the middle of January; the people have the mindset of high schoolers, constantly spreading irrelevant rumors with nothing to back them and instead of going to you directly, they go to HR; when there actually is a legit problem, HR does nothing to fix it, but will put you on a 30 day probationary period in which you are expected to "improve" on the so called "problem" you are having ( you are never informed of this problem); there is legit no communication between management and employees, and yet everyone, specifically management, complains when something is done wrong or handled improperly.

Excellent work environment. Very relaxed work environment with well-mannered professionals. Everyone is part of this great "TEAM GS" as it is called. Their welfare department is top notch. Their sporting department is great. Their support staff are dedicated....Sometimes, I forgot I was in a law firm. And what more? Attorneys only wore Jeans and T-Shirts! Yes, you heard me right. No wonder it’s rated one of the best law firms to work in in America. Joe Hanna is my hero.
