Pros

National Expansion - and continuing to Grow Small Firm Feel - hasn't lost its roots Collegial Environment - coworkers even if offices far away are friendly and helpful Smart Colleagues - hiring some of the best - don't feel like I have to train new associates on every detail

Cons

Software - the case management side needs a little more help, missing the deadlines, contact information, and formatting of previous firms case management software Compensation - although I feel compensated correctly, I do know we are a bit below in some markets Need more people - some offices need more people Disconnect from Management - although I do not feel this way, I know some of my coworkers feel removed from the leadership

Pros

Goldberg Segalla LLP is truly committed to fostering a collaborative team environment. Management actively listens to employee feedback, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. After spending 13 years at my previous company, I am thrilled to have made the switch to GS!

Cons

The health insurance cost is a bit higher than what I was used to, but I'm still grateful that it's offered. Additionally, our downtown office location means street parking can be challenging at times. However, with the flexible hybrid schedule, I only need to worry about it a couple of days per week!
