Some good co-workers, hybrid, PTO was OK, plus paid holidays

Cons

Extremely micromanaged, no matter how much you do, it’s never enough for upper management. HIGH turnover, because no one communicates anything, and absolutely no development opportunities. CEO & COO are extremely full of themselves and think they can achieve the impossible by pushing employees to their limits. You’ll never GENUINELY be appreciated for your work here. It’s always more work because of the “great job” you did. Let’s not forget to mention how HR will BEG you to write positive reviews on this platform. Anyone writing a positive corporate review was likely coerced into doing so… guarantee you that. That’s the intimidation tactics they frequently use.

Pros

Hourly is good but there’s a reason, and clients are great. Staff is pleasant (not had any issues).

Cons

The PTO is pretty bad and based on hours. You’re not guaranteed steady hours (aka: they won’t pay you if your client cancels). You get good hourly but that’s to make up for the days when you get nothing which doesn’t. To help they ask for you to make up those sessions on top of your three daily sessions for three hours each and each client being 30 mins apart in traffic. :(
