Great company in general, everything in terms of work visa, residence visa for spouse and children, especially HR related stuff is well organised and super professional. Working wise - very strong team culture, constructive environment for junior to learn and grow Technology stack wise - room to bring something new in, need bit of selling effort though

Cons

Promotion wise is not very transparent. It seemed to happen easier in London or Bangalore than Singapore. Especially disadvantage for non- English native, communication seems heavily weighted. Compensation and perk were above market average but not very attractive

Long interview processes spanning across months together. Legacy system. Not enough opportunity to grow technically. Lateral hires don't get a good salary
