Pros

-Occasionally able to work from home. -Great benefits packages. -Close to public transit (and Starbucks) -Free soda, Thursdays are bagel days

Cons

-No sales commission -Departments are very segmented and private -Management is not appreciative of lower workers -No clear marketing plans, all decisions are made from the hip

Salary is good. Can work from home/remotely as much as need. Small enough to make an impact and be known as a contributor.

Cons

Some mindsets and processes are dated. Some of the technology and design are stuck in the 90s.

The company is smart and cautious but that does mean slow growing.
