      Pros

      The Gong product is incredible. You will learn a lot and become a great seller. Benefits are good. Lots of cool people to work with.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement. Heard leadership is quitting left and right ever since new CRO came on board, and culture has gone down hill. Management is very KPI focussed.

      Best mentorship you could find in sales Best product I could ever think of selling Best vision for the future as a company

      As it's grown it's gotten a lot more corporate but it's a small con Salaries don't keep up with inflation so you have to be ambitious in your career trajectory because they don't negotiate
