Good Apple is a great place to work if you want your voice heard and to see your ideas come to life. It's a growing company but has been able to maintain it's family-like culture. It's great to be able to work at a place where the employees are truly value and hard work gets recognized on a regular basis.

Pros

Extremely creative, intelligent, innovative working environment. Constantly surprised by the ideas our talented team members come up with! Management is extremely flexible when it comes to any sort of time off and the company consistently rewards individuals for fantastic work. Very team-oriented (like a family) at any size unlike some office culture (company size has consistently grown year over year since start of employment).

Cons

Some may consider the fact that your effort/ great work is basis for promotion rather than automatically receiving one at one-year anniversary with company (I personally don't see this as an issue).

The best part about Good Apple is the level of partnership that is built between internal team members as well as with clients. All relationships with the Good Apple team are built on a strong foundation which establishes great opportunities for continued client and company growth.

Cons

The con is also a pro - working through the growing pains of expanding the company and moving to a bigger office space.
