Great Company and Work Place

Pros

Good Apple is a place to work where employees are taken care of. From lots of small perks, such as food, snacks, outings, company retreats, bringing pets to work, to the commitment management has for employees growth. Benefits have increased as well in response to employee feedback, which shows the company pays attention to what matters. It is definitely a place worth working at and is highly recommended!

Cons

Cons are limited. The company is growing at a steady rate, and while work in a boutique media agency can be busy at times, it is matched by fun people, a great atmosphere and relaxed times as well.

Pros

Good Apple is a place like unlike any other in the media industry in NYC. Definitely less of a "company" and more of a community/family. This is a place where people encourage you to grow and want to find ways to help you advance in your career. Promotions are based on merit and hard work - not on time employed. Ever since the day I started as an assistant media planner when the company's founders knew my name off-the-bat, I knew this was the place for me. Perks aside (and yes, they're great - and seemingly endless), this place is truly special. I see myself staying and growing here for years to come.

Cons

As we're a rapidly growing company, there are some minor growing pains. That said, everyone from the senior-level employees to your coworkers are more than willing to assist in working through any kinks.

Pros

I've been working at Good Apple for just less than a year. I thought it best to wait to write a review until I had enough in-house experience at this agency to not write about the flashy things of (potentially) little substance, or the growing pains that go along with joining a new agency, even if you have 8 years of experience in the field. So, 10 months in, I can safely say that I've never worked with an agency with less ego among my coworkers, more transparency from the leadership team, and a greater willingness to reach out to employees and ensure that we are not only fulfilled professionally, but personally, as well. We work hard, and we often work long hours. But there is no management behind us ordering us to put in a 14 hour day while they sip drinks behind closed doors. We work hard because we all work together toward our mutual goals. Everyone here recognizes the value in reaching for excellence, and how that benefits the company, as well as own individual career paths. I've never felt for an instant that I cannot reach out for assistance when needed I see no ego in the office, and the best part of any successful journey is everyone sharing in the glory of a job well-done. No one gets a free pass to success at Good Apple, but everyone has an opportunity for success if you're willing to be a part of the team and work toward those hard-earned goals.

Cons

I cannot think of one. If you're afraid of hard work, then we might not be what you're looking for. We work hard and all share in the rewards.
