Pros

Great company to work for with good benefits and perks. You can tell the vast majority of employees enjoy the work they do and the company overall. Good Apple genuinely cares for their employees, which is very refreshing on many fronts. I worked on a small team that really allowed me to wear a lot of hats and prepared me for the next chapter of my journey. forever grateful.

Cons

It’s been a high growth company for a couple years straight, and sometimes those growing pains can be felt.

Great People, But Leadership Needs to Evolve

Pros

The people here are exceptional—talented, kind, and dedicated. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, and the company offers competitive compensation, generous bonuses, and perks like quarterly retreats and volunteer initiatives.

Cons

However, leadership is where the company falls short. While financial generosity is appreciated, true leadership is about fostering trust, respect, and accountability. Unfortunately, decision-making lacks transparency, and there are no real checks and balances at the top. Major decisions, including past layoffs, were handled abruptly, with employees locked out of their systems without warning and managers left uninformed. When concerns were raised, they were met with defensiveness rather than openness. The company’s approach to diversity and inclusion is also concerning. When employees raised concerns about the lack of diversity—not just in race, but also gender and perspective—the CEO responded dismissively, even describing the company as "exclusive" rather than engaging in meaningful discussion. Beyond this, there’s an unspoken culture of fear. Many acknowledge leadership’s problematic behavior in private but don’t feel safe addressing it openly. Without accountability, a truly inclusive and empowering workplace cannot exist.
