Pros

-Lots of opportunities and little oversight -It's what you make of it -Team members are great -Salary is Meh, PTO is depolorable

Cons

-Required trips out of the country, totaling a month every year. -Understaffed -Little insight into promotions and salaries, often left waiting for months for a review -DEI is non-existent -Little oversight and lots of office politics within teams and clients -Long hours, tons of work (50+ hours) On a more serious note, the company lacks the accountability needed for lost clients and doesn't give great POV when things happen internally (layoffs, etc). Leadership struggles to receive constructive feedback well, and is known to hold it against you. It's a good company with a great set of tools, but leadership needs to pave a better path forward in order to survive adversity in the coming years.

Pros

There are many genuinely kind, good people in the company

Cons

If a company offers you free quarterly retreats/vacations to tropical destinations, consider why they need that incentive to retain employees. - If you care about anything except ads, this job is not for you; you will be looked down on for logging out on time or having other passions - As people have said for years, favoritism within the company is horrifically obvious and your success at the company can be ruined by coming across wrong to favorites - Managers were encouraged to overwhelm new employees with information - A new hire tracker was once shared with the company and included notes on turning down applicants for reasons such as "seemed weird" and "might have a side hustle" - In October 2022, a retreat to a winery was booked during Yom Kippur with no responses from Jewish employees who raised concerns or sober employees uncomfortable at a winery - In a retreat to Colombia, 120+ employees were given rooms in the primary meeting hotel, while around 12 other employees including all trans employees were separated and tasked with Ubering to the main hotel as punishment for not coordinating to share a room with a coworker - The CEO loves to brag about his generosity by talking up himself buying gifts for people he likes, and yet he cannot find it in his heart to help the people directly working to increase his fortune

Thank you for your feedback. We'll work to address favoritism, improve accommodations for sober employees and religious holidays, and try to select hotels that accommodate the full team. On a personal note, your comments were hard to read, but they contain valuable insights. I'm personally committed to making positive changes, particularly around your last point. Thank you - Al M.
