Building a company is messy and imperfect, and I’m committed to doing better: improving consistency, reducing gossip, winning new business, competing with the holding companies, balancing workloads, and trusting our teams to deliver great work. We know we don’t always get it right, but we care deeply about making this a place where people can grow and do their best work. As for knowing what’s coming next, we all want a crystal ball.
