Pros

- Competitive comp package: market value base + bonus - GREAT PEOPLE - Ability to steer your own career path with the support of your management team and HR - Good Apple hires really intelligent, hard working, dedicated people who work to get what they want out of their career. - Leadership team (CEO & founders) that ACTUALLY LISTEN, are available to you, and care about the well being of employees - Opportunity to provide weekly feedback through anonymous surveys, or directly through 1:1 check-ins with your manager or HR. - Ability to work autonomously and align the work you do at Good Apple with your passions. Constant opportunities for new business pitches, internal transfers and promos, or switching to accounts that excite you. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program allows the agency to create new channels based on industry trends and get compensated for the additional work you do. - Continued Education: 1:1 executive coaching or leadership cohort training, fully expense paid attendance for conferences in your field, and annual retreats for personal and company growth. - Option to work from the office (wework options or NYC HQ) or work remotely. Perks of coming into the office are in person training days, team meetings and happy hours/celebrations. - Committee for a Better Good Apple: opportunity to get involved in the community or passion projects (volunteer opportunities, diverse media partnerships, sharing of cultural holidays and customs) - Social events: monthly cultural events with total organization, volleyball games, Halloween costume parties, happy hours, company retreats, team dinners, hockey games, lunch gift cards, swag boxes, holiday gifts, and in person meet-ups with local teams.

Cons

- Growing pains of a small agency that has grown significantly over 2 years - still developing processes as we continue to grow - Some teams have difficulty with work/life balance - training and onboarding new team members takes a while - DEIB efforts are a work in progress, but the team is very focused on pushing these initiatives forward - Remote work environment makes it difficult to connect with the larger team and agency outside of your direct team
