You sometimes get amazing goodies on your birthday and special occasions.

Cons

The lack of transparency in the bonus structure is quite disappointing. Spoken to few colleagues and it doesn’t seem like there is a fixed rate of bonus that correlates to your tenure at the company. I have been here for 4 years and there is still a lack of transparency and information from management and direct manager regarding bonus. Moreover, the yearly raise is also not fixed and seems to be well below the industry average. The CFO also doesn’t seem approachable or transparent regarding these matters.

Management genuinely care / Have done an amazing job handling Covid-19 (communication to the agency, checking in on people, donating to non-profits, offering flexible WFH options, virtual events to keep morale up) / Transparency with revenue/health of Good Apple from founders and CFOTalented and smart people at all levels of the company / Competitive bonuses based on achieving agency-wide goals/ Lots of education/training opportunities

Health care plans could be more competitive/subsidized a greater amount
